2. Acceptable Use

PloudStore may not be used to:

• Sell illegal, pirated, or third-party rights-infringing products
• Fraud, phishing, spam, or any deceptive activity
• Distribute malware or malicious code
• Circumvent platform security mechanisms
• Content that discriminates based on race, gender, religion, or sexual orientation
• Any activity that violates applicable law

We reserve the right to remove any content or account that violates these rules without prior notice.

3. Payments & Billing

3.1 Platform Fee

PloudStore charges 0% transaction fees on all plans, including the free plan. The only fees you pay are those from payment processors (Stripe, PayPal, etc.), which are independent of PloudStore and standard in the industry.

3.2 Plans and Subscriptions

Pro and Business plans are billed monthly or annually, with automatic renewal until cancellation. Upon cancellation, you retain access to paid features until the end of the current billing period.

3.3 Refunds

We offer a full refund within the first 14 days of subscribing to a paid plan. To request a refund, send an email to [email protected].

3.4 Price Changes

Any price change will be communicated by email with at least 30 days' notice. Your current subscription maintains its price until the end of the ongoing period.

3.5 Your Customers' Payments

Payments from purchases in your store go directly to your account, with no intermediaries. PloudStore does not hold or process those funds — you are responsible for the commercial relationship with your customers.

4. Your Content

4.1 Ownership

All content you upload to PloudStore (products, images, texts, settings) remains yours. By uploading content, you grant PloudStore only the license necessary to host and display it within the scope of the service. That license ends when you delete the content or close your account.

4.2 Third-Party Content

It is your responsibility to ensure that the content you upload (including game graphic assets) respects the intellectual property rights of their respective owners. We are not liable for content uploaded by users.

5. Privacy

5.1 Data We Collect

To provide the service, we collect: account data (name, email), OAuth authentication data (Discord/Google), your store information (products, prices, settings), analytics data (aggregated and anonymized), and technical data (error logs, sessions). We do not store credit card data — payments are processed directly by Stripe.

5.2 How We Use Your Data

The data we collect is used exclusively to: provide and improve the service, process payments, send account-related communications, and ensure platform security. We do not sell your data to third parties.

5.3 Third Parties

We work with partners necessary to operate the service: Stripe (payments), Discord and Google (authentication), Vercel (hosting), and Sentry (error monitoring with anonymized data). All partners operate under confidentiality agreements.

5.4 Retention and Deletion

Your data is kept while your account is active. Upon closing your account, data is deleted within 30 days, except billing records that we retain for legal obligations. You may request deletion of your data at any time by email.

5.5 Cookies

We use essential cookies for platform operation (session, authentication) and anonymized analytics cookies to improve the service. Your interface preferences (theme, language) are also stored locally.

6. Limitation of Liability

• PloudStore strives to maintain 99.9% uptime, but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We are not liable for losses caused by temporary service outages.
• We are not liable for data losses caused by user behavior or third-party attacks.
• Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid to PloudStore in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
• We are not liable for the commercial relationship between you and your customers, including disputes, chargebacks, or product delivery issues.
